Join Our Movement: IRC Workers Are Forming Unions
IRC workers from coast to coast have joined together in union. As union members, we have a legally protected say in workplace decisions. We’ve been using our collective voice to ensure we are treated with dignity and respect as IRC responds to federal funding and policy changes. We encourage other IRC employees to join our movement by organizing their workplaces. Together we will create a more transparent and equitable IRC.
